The SQSL: iHotels research project aims to study the service quality and customer satisfaction, the impact of empowerment and organizational communication and the mediating role of the service climate in hospitality. This project, registered in 2020, is the responsibility of PhD graduate student Hugo Manuel Taborda Palácios da Silva, under the supervision of Professor Maria Helena Rodrigues Guita de Almeida, PhD (Faculty of Economics, University of Algarve) and co-supervision of Professor Maria José Dias Carocinho Sousa, PhD (ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon), all members of CinTurs - Research Center for Tourism, Sustainability and Well-being.
